TCM1000217 - How to check the date of a household breakdown
Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’
- select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
 - select ‘View’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
 - enter the customer’s NINO
 - select the ‘All’ checkbox
 - select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen
 - select the claim affected by the household breakdown
 - select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Select Application Version’ screen
 - select the latest version of the claim
 - select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
 - the date of the household breakdown will be shown when the ‘Household Breakdown’ signal screen displays.
