TCM1000238 - How to check if the ‘Refer to Local Recovery’ marker has been set
Step 1
Open the ‘Interim Single Sign On’ icon
- select ‘AMBS O/P Rec Officer’. You will be taken to the ‘AMBS - Function Menu’ screen
- select ‘Household’ on the toolbar
- select ‘View Overpayment’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ‘OK’
If you are taken to the ‘Select Award’ screen
- highlight the relevant award
- select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘View Overpayment’ Screen
- go to Step 2.
If you are taken straight to the ‘View Overpayment’ screen
- go to Step 2.
Step 2
On the ‘View Overpayment’ screen
- select ‘Details’. You will be taken to the ‘View Overpayment - Direct’ screen
- select ‘Maintain Overpayment’. You will be taken to the ‘Maintain Overpayments’ screen
- go to Step 3.
Step 3
On the ‘Maintain Overpayment’ screen, the ‘Refer to Local Recovery’ box will indicate if the marker has been set or not.
