Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’
- select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
- select ‘Correction’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ’OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Applicant Details - Applicant 1’ screen
Note: If the ‘Signals’ screen displays, select ‘OK’.
- select ‘Wk1’ on the toolbar. You will be taken to the ‘Work Details - Applicant 1’ screen
Note: If you need to update the employer’s phone number for claimant 2, select ‘Wk2’ rather than ‘Wk1’ on the toolbar.
- enter the employer’s phone number in the ‘Tel. No’ field
- select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Amend Finish’ screen
- do not complete the ‘Amend Finish’ screen at this point, just return to the guidance you were previously following.
