TCM1000314 - How to check a child or young person exception dates
Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’ screen
- select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
- select ‘Change of Circumstances’
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select the ‘latest’ checkbox
- select ‘OK’ if any pop up boxes appear
- select ‘OK’,
- go to Step 2.
Step 2
On the ‘Applicant Details’ screen
- select ‘Ch’ on the toolbar. You will be taken to the ‘Child Details’ screen
- select the child or young person
- the exception ‘start date’ and ‘end date’ will be displayed as appropriate.
