Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’
- select ‘Household’ on the toolbar
- select ‘View Claim Summary’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select the ‘All’ checkbox
- select ‘OK’.
If you are taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen
- select the relevant claim
- select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘View Claim Summary’ screen
- go to Step 2.
If you are taken to the ‘Select Award’ screen
- select the relevant award
- select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘View Claim Summary’ screen
- go to Step 2.
If you are taken straight to the ‘View Claim Summary’ screen, go to Step 2.
Step 2
On the ‘View Claim Summary’ screen, go to the following screens to obtain the information requested for disclosure by the outside body
Note: When you have obtained the information requested from each screen, select ‘Cancel’ and you will be taken back to the ‘View Claim Summary’ screen where you can then select the next screen to be taken to.
- select ‘View Award’. You will be taken to the ‘Award Summary’ screen
- select ‘HH Notes’. You will be taken to the ‘View Household Notes’ screen
- select ‘HH Account’. You will be taken to the ‘View Award Period Summary - Household’ screen
- select ‘View S17’. You will be taken to the ‘View S17 - Current Position’ screen
- select ‘Application’. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
- select ‘A Versions’. You will be taken to the ‘View Claim Summary - Award Versions’ screen.
If you need to provide the employer’s name and address, go to Step 3.
If you need to provide any other current information and/or historical information, go to Step 4.
Step 3
On the ‘Function Menu’
- select ‘Employer’ on the toolbar
- select ‘View Details’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Employer’ screen
- enter the PAYE reference number
- select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘View Employer Summary’ screen where you can obtain the information requested for disclosure by the outside body.
Step 4
On the ‘Function Menu’
- select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
- select ‘Correction’ or ‘Change of Circumstances’, as appropriate from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select the ‘All’ checkbox
- select ‘OK’.
If you are taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen
- select the relevant claim
- select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Applicant Details’ screen
- go to Step 5.
If you are taken straight to the ‘Applicant Details’ screen, go to Step 5.
Step 5
On the ‘Applicant Details’ screen, obtain the information requested for disclosure by the outside body.
