Step 1
From ‘My Workplace’
- select ‘Corporate Services’
- select ‘Interim Single Sign On (ISSO)’
- select ‘TBS View Service’ from the options available
- select ‘View Taxpayer Summary Details’
- select ‘OK’
- enter the customer’s NINO in ‘View Tax Payer Summary Details’
- select ‘Retrieve’ on the toolbar
- check the details on this screen with the customer details you have.
If the details shown match the customer details you have
- select ‘View’ on the toolbar
- select ‘Employment List’ on the toolbar
- make a note of the information shown
Note: If there are no employments shown you must also make a note of this.
- return to the guidance you were previously following.
If the details shown don’t match the customer details you have, make a note and return to the guidance you were previously following.
