TCM1000403 - How to check if the Compliance Terminated signal is set

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘Latest’ checkbox
  • select ‘OK’.

If you’re taken to the ‘Select Individual’ screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OK’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you’re taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OK’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you’re taken straight to the ‘Application Summary’ screen, go to Step 2.

On the ‘Application Summary’ screen, the ‘Compliance Terminated’ signal will be set if the ‘Compliance Terminated’ message displays.
