Step 1

If you work on the MP Hotline, go to Step 2.

If you do not work on the MP Hotline, go to Step 3.

Step 2

Note: To make sure a next day payment is made to the customer for the following day, the email request must be received on the Manual Payment Team before 11:00.

Open a new email in Microsoft Outlook

  • enter ‘MP Hotline Urgent Payment Request’ in the ‘Subject’ field
  • enter the following in the body of the email

    • the customer’s name
    • the customer’s NINO
    • the customer’s address
    • the customers phone number

Note: There is no requirement to include the amount of the payment requested

then

  • (This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)
  • you have arranged a next day payment.

Step 3

Open a new e-mail in Microsoft Outlook

  • enter ‘Manual payments-Urgent payment request’ in the subject field

Note: To make sure a next day payment is made to the customer for the following day, the e-mail request must be received on the Manual Payment Team before 11:00.

* the customer’s name
* the customer’s NINO
* the customer’s address
* the customer’s phone number

Note: there is no requirement to include the mount of the payment requested
