Step 1
Select ‘My Workplace’ from the ‘Start Menu’
- select ‘Corporate Services’
- select ‘Tools’
- select ‘ECCS’
- select ‘Find a customer’
- select ‘New Search’
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ‘Search’
- select ‘Customer ID’
- select ‘Complaints’
- select ‘Complaint ID’. The name of the person dealing with the case is shown on the ‘Complaint ID’ screen.
