Step 1
To amend customer details
- select ‘Amend Customer’. You will be taken to the ‘Enter Amended Details’ screen
- enter the correct details in the ‘Amended Details’ column
Note: You only need to amend the line(s) that is (are) incorrect
- read the amended details to the customer to confirm they are correct
- select ‘Save’. You will be taken to the ‘Display Customer Details’ screen
