TCM1000603 - How to check if a case has been selected for In Year Finalisation
Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’
- select ‘IY Finalisation’ on the toolbar
- select ‘View In Year S17 Details’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ‘OK’
- go to Step 2.
Step 2
If you are taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen
- select the relevant claim
- select ‘OK’
- go to Step 3.
If you are taken to the ‘Select Award’ screen
- select the relevant award period
- select ‘OK’
- go to Step 3.
If you are taken to the ‘View Claim Summary - Signals’ screen
- select ‘Cancel’. You will be taken to the ‘In Year Finalisation - View S17 - Current Position’ screen
- go to Step 3.
If the message ‘A claim marked for In Year Finalisation cannot be found’ displays
- there is no claim selected for In Year Finalisation.
Step 3
On the ‘In Year Finalisation - View S17 - Current Position’ screen
- an issue date will display in ‘IY S17 Notices’.
