TTOG11820 - Civil Investigation of Fraud (Code 9): historical record: verifying the disclosure: full and complete disclosure

Following verification of the disclosure report, if we are satisfied that the disclosure is complete the case can be reported to the Authorising Officer making appropriate recommendations with a view to seeking an agreement for the basis of settlement.
