TTOG13380 - Code 9 cases registered prior to 1/9/05 (Hansard): Historical Record: the opening Hansard meeting: signing of the Hansard extract

The Hansard extract should be signed and dated by the SI Investigator who reads it at the opening meeting. This will demonstrate confirmation that Hansard was given by an “authorised officer”.

An “authorised officer” is a current serving officer of SI.
