TOBPMMLS5100 - Granting a licence with conditions
Conditions may be placed within the licence giving approval to carry out regulated activities. Some examples (but not exclusive) of conditions that may be put into place are:
- Tobacco products manufacturing machinery can only be sold to named customers.
- All sales have to be notified to HMRC
- Named hauliers only to move tobacco products manufacturing machines.
If the licensee does not comply with any conditions attached to the licence we could:-
- vary the conditions and restrictions of the licence
- impose a financial penalty
- revoke the licence
