WINE13010 - Wine Duty - Draught relief - Introduction and law

Draught relief applies a reduced rate of alcohol duty on qualifying draught products. This relief was introduced on 1 August 2023 as part of the new alcohol duty system. Part 2, Chapter 2 of The Finance (No. 2) Act 2023 contains the legislation for draught relief.
