Climate change adaptation interventions in low- and middle-income countries

The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) Evidence Fund invites tenders by 19 July 2024 to conduct a rapid umbrella review of priority climate change adaptation interventions in low- and middle-income countries.

The review will inform FCDO spending decisions and support effective delivery of the UK’s international climate finance commitments.

The FCDO is looking for an experienced organisation to deliver a methodologically-robust rapid umbrella review by the end of the UK financial year in March 2025. The successful proposal will demonstrate:

  • expertise in conducting rigorous evidence syntheses, including systematic reviews and/or rapid evidence assessments
  • expertise in the field of climate change adaptation
  • experience facilitating research uptake among policy audiences, including communicating and packaging findings in effective ways
