Hazard
The product presents a high risk of fire and burns as the product is fitted with an unsafe fuse. The fuse wire had been soldered to the outside of the fuse affecting the safe function of the fuse. A fault could occur and cause the plug to explode from the wall causing a fire.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 or the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
