Passports
If you’re abroad and your passport has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can apply for a replacement passport.
If you need to travel urgently before your replacement passport is issued, you can apply for an emergency travel document.
Emergency assistance
Contact your travel provider and insurer if you’re involved in a serious incident or emergency abroad. They’ll tell you if they can help and what you need to do to make a claim.
