This instrument is being made under the EU (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and amends the Network and Information Systems Regulations 2018, which came into force on 10 May 2018. It also revokes Regulation (EU) No 526/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 concerning the European Union Agency for Network and Information Security
