OISC application forms
On this page you will find application forms for OISC registration, the EU Settlement Scheme, raising your levels and changing your legal status.
Please note, we are moving to an online system allowing users of our website to submit information to us online. The new system will be launched this autumn. As a result, it will not be possible to submit the below forms in their current format after Friday 11 October. After this date, applications will be submitted via our new online portal.
New applications
If your organisation would like to apply to become registered with the OISC, please complete the application for registration form and complete a new adviser application and competence statement for each new adviser you would like to include as part of the application.

The OISC also provides you with model documents to assist you with the application for registration.
If your organisation is currently registered with the OISC and would like only to register a new immigration adviser, please complete and return a new adviser application and competence statement for each new adviser.
Please read further guidance on obtaining a disclosure and barring service (DBS) check when registering a new adviser with the OISC.
Applications under the EU Settlement Scheme
The OISC Level 1 Immigration (limited to the EU Settlement Scheme registration), is for not for profit or charitable organisations that intend to offer their clients advice and services in this area only and can offer free advice and services or charge only a modest fee to contribute to the running of the organisation.
If your organisation would like to apply, please complete the OISC Level 1 Immigration (limited to the EU Settlement Scheme), application form, a new adviser application and competence statement EU Settlement Scheme for each new adviser you would like to include as part of the application.

Organisations that wish to operate on a for profit basis to provide advice and services on the EU Settlement Scheme should apply for registration with the OISC at Level 1 Immigration which will enable them to provide advice and services across the full range of immigration matters.
Continued registration
If your organisation is currently registered with the OISC and would like to maintain its current level of registration, please submit an application for continued registration.
Changing Levels and Adding Competences
If your organisation has individual advisers who would like to increase their competences resulting in a change in the organisation’s Levels, you should complete the application form for an organisation to raise its Levels and an adviser changing category competence statement for each adviser who is seeking to increase their Level and category. Please use the attached form and Guidance Notes below
If your organisation has individual advisers who would like to increase their areas of competence without affecting the overall Level of the organisation, please complete a competence statement for each adviser.
If you are an adviser registered at Level 3 and wish to apply for authorisation to undertake Judicial Review Case Management work, please complete the competence statement below and submit it to info@oisc.gov.uk with all accompanying evidence
