Farming Equipment and Technology Fund (FETF)
The FETF has 3 grants to help you buy items to improve productivity, manage slurry and improve animal health and welfare.
Water Management grant
Arable or horticultural businesses in England can apply for funding for projects that improve productivity, water sustainability and the environment.
Slurry Infrastructure grant
The Slurry Infrastructure grant is for pig, beef and dairy farmers whose farming systems produce slurry. It helps replace, build new or expand existing slurry stores to provide 6 months’ storage.
Adding Value grant
Growers or producers can apply for buildings, machinery or equipment to add value to eligible agricultural products after they are harvested or reared.
Calf Housing for Health and Welfare grant
Beef and dairy farmers can apply for a grant to build new or upgrade existing housing for calves (up to 6 months old) to deliver health and welfare benefits.
Improving Farm Productivity grant
Farmers and horticulturists can apply for grants towards large capital items to improve productivity.
Laying Hen Housing for Health and Welfare grant
Egg production farmers can apply for a grant to add a veranda onto, or upgrade or replace existing laying hen or pullet housing to improve animal health and welfare.
