Protected geographical food and drink names: applications, objections and decisions
Applications, changes and cancellations for consideration under the UK geographical indications (GI) schemes, how to object and appeal against decisions.
Each geographical indication (GI) scheme will publish a list of geographical product names with applications to register for these UK schemes:
- protected food, drink and agricultural product names
- spirit drinks names
- wine and aromatised wine names

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) publishes eligible product names.
