This is the new Crown Commercial Service (CCS) standard template for framework contracts for common goods and services. It is a shorter and simpler government contract developed by the Crown Commercial Service, Government Digital Service and Government Legal Department using #OneTeamgov principles.

To understand how to make use of the terms and schedules of the Public Sector Contract, please request the relevant bid pack through the eSourcing Suite.

When setting up a new framework contract, CCS will use:

• the standard core terms (used in every procurement)
• relevant schedules (some schedules must be used, while others are optional)

These documents are specimen versions only, and should not be downloaded directly for use. CCS will customise the documents for individual procurements and these will be found in the relevant bid pack.
