The IFRS 17: Insurance Contracts Application Guidance has been published on GOV.UK. The Standard is being applied by HM Treasury in the Government Financial Reporting Manual (FReM) from 1 April 2025.

Detail of feedback received

After collating and reviewing the responses from the consultation (closed on 24 February 2023), a summary paper was brought to FRAB for comment and discussion - refer to FRAB 149 (07).
