ITT Reform: accompanying document

Detail of outcome

The government response to the ITT market review is set out in 2 parts:

  • part 1 sets out the government’s response to the recommendations of the ITT market review

  • part 2 summarises the content of the responses we have received to the consultation

An additional document is included to accompany the new ITT quality requirements, which will be in place from academic year 2024 to 2025. This document is designed to support the sector by providing further clarity about the policy intention for the new ITT requirements and for how the Department for Education expects the some of those requirements to be implemented.
