This collection is for the National Statistics: Criminal Justice System statistics quarterly (CJSQ).

Statistics on first time entrants and Offender Histories (included within CJSQ prior to September 2021) and Prolific Offenders (included within CJSQ prior to March 2019) are now housed in a separate group on this page, below CJSQ.

The annual reports (year ending December) provide a series of data tools at a more detailed outcome and offence level.

Please use data tools alongside the December 2023 publication for the latest and most accurate statistics due to revisions of previously published data. Most of these tools have a time series of 2010-2023.
