Details
The Global accounts sets out information such as private registered providers’ income and costs, the value of their housing assets and the level of borrowing that they have.
The Regulator of Social Housing’s Global accounts are available on the Global accounts collections page.
The Value for Money metrics annex and data files were added in January 2020.
The metrics report was first published as an annex to the 2018 Global Accounts, presenting providers’ VFM metrics at group and entity level. RSH publishes the report and data file annually so that Boards and providers’ stakeholders can assess performance on these metrics and see how individual providers compare to other organisations.
All the reports and guidance relating to VFM can be found on the Value for money collections page.
We have tried to ensure the information of this page is as accessible as possible, including providing csv versions of the main pages of the large data spreadsheets. However, readers with visual impairment or using assisted technology may still struggle to read or understand these documents due to the amount of data they contain.
