Details

This letter concerns insurance schemes prepared by insurers for approved inspectors, following guidelines circulated by the department in October 2001, and approved by the Secretary of State under section 47(6) of the Building Act 1984.

The letter confirms the addition of ‘PYV Limited Scheme’ to the approved schemes of insurance available for approved inspectors.
