The purpose of this divisional circular letter is to bring to attention to all building control bodies (BCBs) and other interested parties the changes to the Building Regulations 2010 and the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 2010, which were laid in Parliament on 9 September 2010 to come into force on 1 October 2010.
