Details

The purpose of this circular letter is to bring to attention changes to schedule 2A to the Building Regulations 2000 by adding a new competent person scheme operator, Capita Gas Registration and Ancillary Services Limited.

The amendment regulations also amend schedule 2A in a number of places to reflect changes made by the Electrical Contractors Association which mean that all its schemes are now operated by its wholly owned subsidiary EC Certification Limited.

The amendment regulations were made on 3 March 2009 and come into effect on 1 April.
