Bees: model health certificates
Competent authorities of exporting countries should use the relevant model health certificate as a template to create a version exporters can apply for to export bees to Great Britain, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

Details
From 1 January 2021, bees exported to Great Britain must be accompanied by the relevant health certificate. Exporters in EU and non-EU countries should read the guide on how to complete a health certificate.
Certificate GBHC600
Must be used from 30 April 2024 by all countries.
Model health certificate for queen honey bees and queen bumble bees (Apis mellifera and Bombus spp) (QUE).
Certificate GBHC601
Must be used from 30 April 2024 by all countries.
Model veterinary certificate for colonies of bumble bees (Apis mellifera and Bombus spp) (BEE).
Certificate GBHC207
Model health certificate for live bees (Apis mellifera and Bombus spp.) from New Zealand.

Multiple changes have been made: 1. Amended box 1.2.a in certificate GBHC025E. A unique notification number (UNN) needs to be included in this box. 2. Amended the version history notes for certificates GBHC025E and GBHC025X. The previous version of each certificate will continue to be accepted until 1 April 2023.
