This publication lists the proposed benefit rates and pension rates for 2021 to 2022 as set out in the written ministerial statement made by the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, Thérèse Coffey, on 25 November 2020.

  1. Added updated version of the rates which includes Housing Benefit rates for people who attained pensionable age on or after 1 April 2021.

  2. The amount that can be deducted from Universal Credit to pay court fines is now set at 5% of Universal Credit standard allowance.
