Details

Use this form if you were born before 6 April 1951 (men), or 1953 (women).

If you were born on or after 6 April in 1951 (men) or 1953 (women) you can get your State Pension online.

Before you start

If you’re using a mobile phone or tablet

You cannot complete the form using a mobile phone or tablet. You have to either:

  • use a desktop or laptop computer
  • print the form and complete it by hand

Call the basic State Pension helpline to ask for a paper form.

If you’re using a desktop or laptop computer
