Details

This exception notice updates dangerous goods regulations to include the construction and transportation of container valve assemblies used in fixed fire fighting equipment for gas extinguishing systems.

It came into effect on 6 September 2015 and remains valid unless otherwise revoked.

The Department for Transport can issue exception notices to the dangerous goods regulations, which include the recognition of certain standards.
