1. 29 August 2023

   A side note to panel 5 has been amended to replace a reference to "electronic address" with "email address" for clarity.

2. 17 June 2019

   We have added a side note to the execution panel in the form to point customers to our practice guide 8: execution of deeds.

3. 25 May 2018

   We added a guidance note about our personal information charter, which explains how we process customer data.

4. 27 May 2016

   We have added side notes to panels 2 and 10 to clarify that the transfer must be dated. That date being the day of completion.

   Advice as to the completion of the form has been added.
