  1. A side note to panel 7 has been amended to replace a reference to "electronic address" with "email address" for clarity.

  2. Panels 5 and 6 have been amended as a result of the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2022.

  3. We have added a side note to the execution panel in the form to point customers to our practice guide 8: execution of deeds.

  4. We added a guidance note about our personal information charter, which explains how we process customer data.

  5. We have added side notes to panels 3 and 13 to clarify that the transfer must be dated. That date being the day of completion.
