Use this form when you are transferrring a number of titles. You can use it to transfer whole titles or parts of titles or a mixture of both.

  1. A side note to panel 6 has been amended to replace a reference to "electronic address" with "email address" for clarity.

  2. Panels 4 and 5 have been amended as a result of the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2022.

  3. We have added a side note to the execution panel in the form to point customers to our practice guide 8: execution of deeds.

  4. We added a guidance note about our personal information charter, which explains how we process customer data.

  5. We have added side notes to panels 3 and 12 to clarify that the transfer must be dated. That date being the day of completion.

  6. Advice as to the completion of the form has been added.

  7. The side notes to panels 4 and 5 have been amended to clarify that all persons assenting and being shown as registered proprietor must be shown in the relevant panel.
