Details

Ulster Bank reported the following breaches to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA):

  • In September 2016, failure to include a copy of the Switching Leaflet with the annual summary sent to customers who receive paper written communications
  • In September 2017, failure to issue the annual summary and the Switching Leaflet to customers

This letter sets out the action agreed between the CMA and Ulster Bank to remedy the breaches of the Order. For information on the CMA’s review of the NI Banking PCA Order see the case page.
