This will help healthcare staff to use the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) and Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy (JHWS) to include people in disadvantaged areas or vulnerable groups when they are commissioning services. People in vulnerable groups, who experience health inequalities, often have complex needs and require coordinated and flexible responses from service providers.
