Use this form to register a successor where the court has wound up the existing commonhold association and issued a succession order.
Commonhold is a way of owning land or a building which is split into a number of units. The unit-holder owns the freehold interest in the unit and is a member of the Commonhold Association which owns and manages the common parts of the development.
