Documents
Details
This form confirms that your company’s details are up to date on the Companies House register.
It costs £62 to file your confirmation statement on paper.
You can only file this form if your confirmation date (made up date) is between 30 June 2016 and 4 March 2024, or if you’re an unregistered company.
If your confirmation date is 5 March 2024 or later, you’ll need to use the new version of form CS01.
It’s quicker and easier to file your confirmation statement online.
Changes to your company information
Use the CS01 parts 1 to 4 if you need to make any changes to your company information.
Use parts 1 to 4 to make changes to the company’s:
- principal business activities or standard industrial classification (SIC) codes
- statement of capital
- trading status of shares and exemption from keeping a register of people with significant control (PSC)
- shareholder information
Do not send these parts if the information has not changed.
Restoring a company
If you’re restoring a company to the register, you must put the confirmation date that was due before it was struck off.
If you’re not sure of the correct date, contact Companies House before completing your form.
Continuation pages
The continuation pages are optional. Only use them if you need to provide more details.
