Details

We are simplifying how we offer our Environmental Land Management (ELM) schemes for farmers.

Previously, we had separate Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) and Countryside Stewardship (CS) Mid Tier and Higher Tier schemes, for different types of actions and agreements.

From July, you’ll be able to apply for actions that were in SFI and CS Mid Tier through the expanded SFI offer.

This information sets out when you’ll be able to apply for the CS Higher Tier offer and what improvements have been made.
