This report is the synthesis in which we bring together the findings from the individual RPC evaluations and annual reports (first drafts April 2015, final submission June 2015) and draw out any broader issues / lessons learned / recommendations about the RPC funding modality and how it might be improved. This summary contains our main findings and recommendations.
