This guide explains how to use the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) practical test business service. You can use this to book and manage driving and riding tests for your pupils.

The guide tells you how to:

  • start using the service
  • make and manage bookings
  • manage your business with DVSA

It also tells you about the rules you have to agree to follow if you want to use the service.

The agreement tells you the terms and conditions and you have to agree to if you want to use the service, and what can happen if you misuse your account.

  1. Updated section 2 (Get started using the service) to make it clear you will need to create a Government Gateway account if you do not already have one. Updated section 3 (Make and manage bookings) to improve the guidance about setting up availability notifications.
