Details

These documents set out the criteria for transport operators to achieve Inclusive Transport Leaders Scheme (ITLS) accreditation as Inclusive Transport Committed, Inclusive Transport Operator or Inclusive Transport Leader. This criteria can be used by transport operators as a framework to make services more accessible for all, and to identify further improvements as they progress through their accreditation journey.

We have also published guidance on consulting with disabled people for ITLS accreditation, the ITLS accreditation terms, conditions and eligibility guidance, and a promotional leaflet for operators.
