The Deputy Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

• revoke the operator licence held by Edward T Clark T/A Eddie’s Minibus Hire
• disqualify Edward T Clark for 10 years from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area
• disqualify Edward T Clark for 10 years from acting as transport manager under any operator’s licence
• disqualify Mary Ann Montague for 3 years from acting as transport manager under any operator’s licence

The orders will take effect at 23:59 on 29 April 2018
