Details

The outline delivery plan must be submitted with all housing zone applications; it sets out the rationale and objectives of the housing zone and acts as a covering document.

The investment proposal should provide further detail on the sites for which investment finance is being requested.

The development proposal should provide further detail on the sites for with investment finance is not required but which are included within the housing zone.

If you have indicated that public works loan board project rate financing is required please complete the public works loan board project rate template.

Expressions of interest must be submitted to the Homes and Communities Agency by noon 3 October 2014 through the agency’s partner portal.
