Hy4Heat is a programme that explores the potential use of hydrogen gas for heating UK homes and businesses.

The programme has delivered a number of technical reports, which are published on the Hy4Heat website. The reports include:

• hydrogen colourant, odorant and purity
• understanding commercial appliances and industrial appliances conversion
• domestic hydrogen purge procedures
• Hy4Heat Safety Assessment

The programme is supporting the development of a number of domestic and commercial hydrogen appliances, and smart hydrogen meters.
