This Probation Instruction sets out the role of the Responsible Officer for the various order-types that may contain an electronic monitoring requirement.
It details the arrangements that must be established for the exchange of necessary information and relevant risk of harm information by the providers of probation services and the EM Contractor, pertaining to multi-requirement orders and orders which include Alcohol Abstinence Monitoring Requirements (AAMRs).
