  1. We've added a Licence exceptions policy section.

  2. We've corrected the licences required to use the Restrictive Covenants and Registered Leases datasets. An exploration licence allows the data to be used for 3 months to see if a product or service can be made to sell. The data is also available under licence for free for non-commercial use. A commercial licence is required to use the data in a product or service that is sold.

  3. Added 'Restrictive Covenants' and 'Registered Leases' to the data available for use and reuse under the Open Government Licence (OGL).

  4. Information updated as two datasets are now available free of charge: HM Land Registry: Overseas Companies Ownership Data and HM Land Registry: Commercial and Corporate Ownership Data.

  5. We have partnered with Ordnance Survey: information about the Geovation Programme added.

  6. First published.
